Lean Coaching is for senior managers who want to improve their effectiveness leading their organizations through lean transformations. Lean Coaching draws on our staff experience of leading successful organizational-wide lean tranformations. 

The unique coaching process involves working directly with senior managers and their staff two days per month for twelve months to deepen their understanding of key lean themes and how to lead the development of a lean system. The coaching process begins with a careful organizational-wide assessment

The product works on the "pull" system of learning by doing, rather than the traditional sit-down seminar approach.
