The Lean Group has experienced explosive growth over the past 24 months. Due to an increased demand for our services,we are currently seeking skilled and qualified lean experts with practical, hands-on lean deployment expertise.

Successful performance could result in partner status.

Minumum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of lean training and lean consulting expereince
• Perfer expereince in ambulatory and post-acute care settings
• Master's degeree -  nursing, industrial engineering, organizational management, or health services administration is required
• An MBA degree is highly desirable
• Solid project management skills
• Track record of successful client engagements with verifiable ROIs
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States and Canada
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent writing ability
• 2-5 years of public speaking experience
